YUMMY!!!! Broccoli Bites!!!!

Before you read this, know that this will work great with Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Squash, String Beans/Green Beans, Cauliflower, Zucchini, etc. 

We've personally done this with Brussels Sprouts and we absolutely LOVE them! I cannot wait to try the broccoli bites too!!

I've read also where people have added
a stream of balsamic vinegar for the last 15 minutes of baking and others have added a little bit of lemon juice and fresh grated Parmesan the last 20 minutes of baking also - both sound delicious!!!

Broccoli Bites



Preheat over to 375 degrees and cover a baking sheet with tin foil.

Rinse the head of broccoli and dry with a paper towel. Chop the head of broccoli

Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic (or use the equivalent of garlic powder)

Put broccoli, garlic, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, and a few shakes of salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag.

Shake it up!

Spread out on baking sheet, place it on the top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Broccoli will be crunchy and delicious! 

You will have to control yourself when you take it out of the oven because you will want to eat this all on its own for dinner!!!
